We would like to announce that YASME Foundation (www.yasme.org) has made a grant to help support the World Radiosport Team Championship competition.
“We are proud to support the 2010 WRTC” said Wayne Mills, N7NG, president of The YASME Foundation. “This competition is known both for bringing together in one place many of the world’s most skilled radio operators, and also for the technical innovations they often introduce. The personal friendships forged at WRTCs sometimes lead these operators to collaborate in subsequent years to plan and execute DXpeditions to rare places which are contacted by tens of thousands of hams around the world. The YAESME Foundation’s mission is to undertake amateur radio related projects, and we believe supporting the WRTC is a wonderful way to achieve that objective.”
We thank YASME very much in supporting such event and hope for future co-operation.
